This position has direct responsibility to ensure that all work activities under its span of control are performed with attention the highest standards of food quality, safe processes, compliance with all appropriate legal requirements and a focus on continuous process improvement. Responsible for the daily operations and functions in the receiving department.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the training of new receiving personnelMaintain receiving training recordsMaintain Lot Tracking recordsCheck in drivers and maintain recordsReceive all ingredients and packaging in SAP and list on Receiving LogMaintain accurate and complete information on all ingredients and packagingCheck all ingredients COA'sCheck daily forklift check sheets and fileCheck daily ingredient verification sheets and filePrint updated inbound truck list for unloaders dailyUpload COA's to SharePoint for all ingredient shipments to EdgertonMaintain and compile all needed receiving information for internal and external auditFunction as liaison between Receiving department and all other departments within the organizationMaintain all necessary communication between the Receiving department and other departments within and outside of the organizationPerform additional duties as directed by Receiving Manager/Receiving SupervisorQualificationsRequires high school diploma, or equivalent.Previous work experience in Receiving, SAP and Microsoft OfficeWorking Conditions:Manufacturing environmentHostess Brands, LLC is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
