Enchanted Fairies is more than a Magical Fine Art Portrait Studio that caters to children all over the USA, we are a MOVEMENT of change and goodwill!

We are seeking someone who has that special ability to understand our guests and how to provide a magical experience during their entire Enchanted Fairies studio session.

You ll be a part of a team that is collaborative, humble, and passionate!

Because of the family-oriented wholesome nature of our company, we are seeking someone who has the ability to understand how to create experiences that speak to the human heart of a child in a luxurious setting.

Core Accountabilities

• Correctly pose and position children with the correct lighting for each pose.
• SHOUT FROM THE ROOFTOPS about Enchanted Fairies from the moment our treasured guests walk into our studio.
• Greet clients when they arrive for their magical adventure.
• Capture photos, save photos, and setup photo premiers for clients.
• Keep the photo studio, dressing rooms, and reception area clean so that each guest has a consistent and pleasant experience.
• Put away dresses and costumes after each photo session to help maintain their integrity.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our magical experiences
• Successfully navigates and challenges a strategy
• Flexible in working together with coworkers and taking constructive criticism to achieve company goals.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Minimum High School diploma and GED.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in photography.
• Must have previous experience working in a child-centric industry.
• High-energy personality and strong emotional intelligence.
• High attention to detail and approaches to work in an organized manner are required.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Must be able to HAVE FUN with children and be focused.

Pay: $19 - $22/hour (depending on experience) commission potential
