Southern Palms Mazda is hiring for an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join our expanding service department. We need to add a motivated Service Advisor / Service Writer now to keep up with customer demand!

Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
- Give customers an outstanding experience
- Answer Phone Calls, Emails, and Drive In's to address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention.
- Accurately record issues and data into Dealer Management System. Attention to detail is critical.
- Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates, and follow through on each customer vehicle.
- Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer.
- Follow up with Customers on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed.
Qualifications and Requirements - Service Advisor:
- 1 year's experience required
- Bilingual Spanish a Plus!
- Team Player
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to automotive maintenance and repair
- Reynolds Ignite experience preferred
- Mazda or Import experience is a plus
- X-Time experience preferred
- Retail automotive service experience, preferred
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and stay organized
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable and safe driving record
