True North Home Care is looking for caregivers to work evening shift!
Typically 3pm-11pm but sometimes 5pm-10pm or similar shifts exist.
Evening Shift caregivers and CNAs are required to help with a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
- Dressing
- Bathing
- Toileting & Brief Changes
- Feeding & Meal Prep
- Cooking & Light Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Hoyer Lift Transfers
- Catheter Care
- Transportation (as needed)
- Medication Reminders
