Job Summary

• The RN is accountable for coordinating patient care for assigned patients utilizing the nursing process. 
• He/she will support the hospital’s goal of excellence inpatient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals. 
• All duties and responsibilities will be performed in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital’s Catholic and Benedictine heritage and its values of hospitality, respect for others, stewardship, dignity of work, stability, and justice.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing education program preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Current RN licensure in the state of SD or “multi-state privilege” to practice in SD if residing in a compact state outside of SD required.
• BLS Certification required within 60 days of hire.
• ACLS Certification preferred.
• PALS preferred.

Work Schedule

• Varied Shifts; 72hrs/2wks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

• $31.00 - $46.50 per hour
