Home Health Aide (HHA)

Village Caregiving is seeking In-Home Caregivers to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare assistance to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility. We offer flexible schedules for all of our caregivers!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside 

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene

• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises

• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals

• Report any unusual incidents to family members and office staff

• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required

• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints

• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner

• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills

• Physical endurance to complete required tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent
