WP Neptune's Patio Attendant

Our crew at Neptune’s Patio ensure our guests’ thirsts are quenched during the long and hot summer days at Neptune Island. Whether it's beer, wine or something non-alcoholic, our Neptune’s Patio has something for all of our guests’ thirst needs. They also work closely with Cabana Host to ensure our guests’ needs in cabanas are taken care of as well.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding guest service.
• Operates a computerized Point of Sale system in an efficient and timely manner.
• Serves alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Ensures that all guest receive prompt and courteous attention.
• Ensures Neptune’s Patio is well stocked at all times.
• Maintains clean work stations and perform end of shift cleaning duties. Including but not limited to: washing of dishes, silverware, pots and pans and patio area, sweeping, mopping and sanitizing.
• Any other duties as assigned by management, supervisors or leads.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time with exposure to direct sunlight, hot temperatures and other inclement weather, including but not limited to: rain, storms, high winds, and cold temperatures.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Participate in mandatory in-service training throughout the season.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds or higher, with assistance.
• Cash handling skills a plus.
• Must successfully complete ServSafe alcohol online training course.
