Residential Shift Lead

Monuments Academy is calling all experienced coaches and mentors who are interested in a full-time position as a Residential Shift Lead. The job is located in the Brian Head, UT area. The schedule is Monday - Thursday 2:30pm - 11:30pm.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A LEAD MENTOR

Our Mentors are the lifeblood of our company! In this full-time role, we can be confident that our students are receiving the highest level of support because you are attentive and personal in every interaction you have. You assist our students with all aspects of their time at Monuments Academy by acknowledging 'wins' and leading by example on setting appropriate boundaries. You will help support your night crew, making sure things are done to company standards while motivating them to grow and learn!

• 20+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to remain in control during stressful situations, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Understanding and practicing appropriate boundaries is essential.
• Minimum 1 year professional experience in a RTC or Behavioral Health setting
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass driving tests and remain up to date on required driving courses.
