Basic Job Functions:

Worker needed to assist with various duties associated with Solar Facility Maintenance. Specific duties will consist of panel change out, preventive maintenance and other field activities as assigned. Opportunity to train as a technician based on proven reliability and ability to comprehend technical requirements.

Note: Basic training will be provided at start of employment.

Experience:

• Basic mechanical skills required.
• Conversational English skills required.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Equivalent training in military, utility, or power industry a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Strength and stamina to maintain a rigorous work schedule, requiring physical exertion and frequent lifting.
• Ability and availability to work nights.
• Standing/moving for extended periods of time.
• Kneeling, bending at the waist, and reaching overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally to load and unload equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License

Office Physical Requirements:
