Operations Manager - Passenger Transportation - Jackson, WY

Overview:

The Driver Provider, a privately-held, purveryor of chauffeured passenegr transportation services, with offices in Arizona, Utah, and Wyonming is seeking an Operations Manager for our Tucson, Arizona location.

Our target consumers are corporate travel managers, event planners, and confernece services professionals, and buyers of bluk or contract transportation services such as schools and govenmnet institutions. We welcome high energy and passionate people who want to grow with us. 

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the development, implemention and daily activity of all oprations in the Tucson location. Work closely with the sales and operations team to exceed client and passenger expectations.

Responsibilities:

Operate the Tucson brand of the Driver Provider as a semi-autonomous extension of the Phoenix headquarters.

Adressively expand the breadth and scope of the Tucson operation within brand standards.

Operational control of physical facilities, vehicle inventory and maintenance, as well as supply management. Chauffeur on-boarding, management, and sepatation. Client relationships.

Daily responsibilitiees include recordkeeping and file management. Communication and follow-up with employees to maintain compliance with regulatory agencies. Accuracy and speed are prized. Other operational and human resources responsibilities withing the scope of compliance administration as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Dimploma

Orgizational skills within a fluid occupational environment (ability to mold chaos to order). 

Proficient in Windows based applications to include Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint. 

Ability to work autonomosly to promote corporate policy using industry specific applications and company specific programs. 

Passenger transportation experience preferred. Commercial Driver's License with Passenger endorsement value added.
