Agronomy Operations Specialist

This position is responsible for assisting in all aspects of Region 2 Agronomy operations. #CrystalValleyMNJobs

Pay Range: $18-21/hour starting

Five Key Roles:

• Dry Fertilizer Operations Assistance
• Liquid Fertilizer Operations Assistance
• NH3 Operations
• Facility Maintenance
• Customer Service

Requirements:

• Minimum of one (1) year of agriculture related experience
• Demonstrated experience remaining flexible in a rapidly changing environment
• Gets it, wants it, has the capacity to perform well (GWC)
• Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements required to obtain (we will pay)

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy. Pre-employment 4-panel (excludes THC) drug testing for non-CDL jobs, 5-panel (includes THC) for CDL jobs.
