Contractor in Charge is looking to add full and part-time Work-at-Home Customer Service Associates to our team. Are you organized and able to effectively manage your time? QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of high-volume call center customer service experience
  • Proven track record of reliability
    • Always at work on time
    • Exceptionally low absenteeism
    • Consistent schedule adherence
    • Availability and flexibility for any shifts throughout the week
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office experience and the ability to quickly learn other cloud- based software
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Basic keyboarding skills (45+ WPM, 95% Accuracy)
  • Ability to work in a private, quiet, and completely distraction-free space during all working hours
  • Computer equipment to include a Pentium processor Core i3 or higher, 8 or more GB RAM, 2 Monitors, high-speed internet connection and a noise-cancelling headset
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Preferred:

  • Previous experience with Service Titan, Field Edge, Housecall Pro, or other scheduling software would be a plus!
  • HVAC, plumbing, or electrical home-service customer service or dispatch experience would be a plus!

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time hours typically range between 30-40 hours a week. Part-time hours typically range between 15-25 hours a week but can flex to as low as 10 hours during low call volume periods and over 30 hours during high call volume periods. We are looking for associates to handle multiple shifts seven days a week.
