Position Overview: As a Regional Property Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting and executing our strategic objectives related to property management. You will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of properties, implementing policies, procedures, and practices to ensure that each property meets and exceeds budgeted financial goals and operational performance objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned portfolio of properties in the North Arkansas region and surrounding areas.
• Implement strategic objectives related to property management to drive success and achieve financial goals.
• Recruit, train, and supervise successful management teams to ensure effective operation of each property.
• Oversee lease-ups of new communities and ensure high occupancy and collection rates.
• Work within budgetary restrictions to optimize financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a District/Regional Manager supervising multiple properties.
• 5 to 7 years of experience working in affordable housing programs, with a focus on LIHTC.
• Proven track record of successful lease-ups and maintaining high occupancy rates.
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) or other industry designation preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support portfolio growth and operational needs.
