Due to growth and expansion, manufacturer is adding a Drafter to their established engineering team. As the Drafter, you will report to an Engineering Manager and will work within a team of CAD Drafters. Daily you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Work with sales team on new customer design projects
- Update product drawings based on customer requests
- Make modifications to existing drawings in AutoCAD
- Submit designs to sales for customer submission
- Other duties as delegated by management
This is a hands-on position that requires qualified candidates to spend the majority of their time working at a desk in a shared office environment. Individuals should enjoy working in a laid back environment, be detail oriented, have good follow through and be able to work on multiple projects at a time.

REQUIREMENTS for the Drafter:
1. Minimum of a high school diploma/GED with at least one year of similar CAD experience OR an Associate's degree in a related field
2. 2D AutoCAD experience
3. Microsoft Office, including MS Excel
Skills preferred but NOT required:
1. Inventor software or another form of 3D modeling
2. Welding and fabrication experience
3. Mechanical aptitude
