We are looking for an Electric And HVAC Helpers to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Help technicians install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Help with the removal of old equipment and debris
• General labor tasks
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Clean drivers license
• Willingness to learn a new trade
• Must be reliable and self-motivated
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
