Full Time - Weekend Order Fulfillment Supervisor

Schedule Friday to Monday

COMPENSATION: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour ($50,000 - $56,000 per yr.)

5:30 am to 4:00 PM Or 6:30am to 6:00 PM (Opening or closing, may vary by day)

Responsibilities:

• Assist and train leads in warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Enforcement of warehouse processing through the shift.
• Oversees warehouse production for Pick and Pack production.
• Completes warehouse production requirements through positive influence on work results.
• Maintains warehouse job results by coaching, counseling, and managing employees throughout the shift.

Experience and Education Requirements:

· 2+ years Warehouse Supervision, Developing, Motivating employees to be the best they can! Daily Warehouse Supervision, Safety Management and supervising warehouse processes for performance and efficiency.
