Hybrid Schedule After 6 Months

Job Responsibilities:

• Responds to inbound calls and online requests for quotes for service.
• Performs outbound calls to vendors to schedule service.
• Negotiates pricing to meet customer's needs.
• Responsible for selling the company's products at a profitable rate and having a complete understanding of the pricing and proposal model.
• Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the company's available services, lines of business, and pricing structures.
• Responds to increases and decreases in service, change of ownership, and other miscellaneous service changes.
• Performs outbound customer relationship calls to existing customers.
• Offers additional services as appropriate.
• Develops and maintains beneficial relationships with our vendors.
• Works independently and makes decisions while using appropriate judgment in upward communication if customer or vendor concerns arise.
• Able to relate to a diverse customer base.
• Performs outbound collections calls, as required.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• PC proficiency (Microsoft Office)
• Bilingual- Fluent in English & Spanish -Read & Write
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years inbound sales and/or call center experience
• 1+ years waste industry experience
