Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Temporary RN Unit Manager to join the team from March 18 to July 1, 2024. Further career opportunities with Bayshore a possibility following temporary assignment.
Charge Nurse responsibilities include:
Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
Supervising CNAs and LPNs
Medication Administration
Wound and treatment care.
Complete assessments and care plans.
Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure.
Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN Nurse review.
Qualifications & Skills:
Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy.
Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents.
