At you'll be part of a new, state-of-the-art 4,400 square foot facility that has been designed to provide an engaging and interactive environment with only the best equipment and accommodations for clients and staff. Our mission is to elevate ABA therapy with next-level centers, through engaging parents as partners, and by embedding professionalism in all we do. We just opened our Belle Meade center and hope to collaborate with you to serve families in the community. We plan to open centers in Antioch, Bellevue, and Spring Hill over the next two years. We are dedicated to creating an enjoyable environment of professionalism, teamwork, and mutual respect. 

Wellspring Learning Centers are actively hiring compassionate, creative and caring professionals to provide ABA to children and young adults with autism and related developmental disabilities in the clinic, home, community and school settings. We Understand the crucial role technicians play in providing quality services, this is why we offer guaranteed hours for all full time Registered Behavior Technicians. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work one on one with clients to implement goals that are written and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). RBTs help clients acquire new skills using and create environments that are exciting, fun and motivating. RBTs will also provide feedback and collect data for each client to achieve long-term, life-changing results

Job Duties

  • Implement behavior plans established by BCBA
  • Follow appropriate data collection procedures
  • Implement skill acquisition goals and behavior reduction interventions
  • Attend weekly supervision meetings and collaborate with BCBA
  • Participate in weekly parent training
  • Attend staff meeting and participate in ABA learning development

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation and internet access
  • Interest in working with children with special needs
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and ability to follow written behavior plans
  • Willingness to grow with Behavioral Momentum
  • Ability to work with a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field
  • Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
  • 1-year experience in ABA or 1 years' experience in a professionally related career (i.e. Social Worker; Special Education Teacher; Learning/Behavior specialist, etc)
  • Experience creating or following behavior plans
  • Desire to obtain BCBA or BCaBA
