This is a critical access hospital with a swing bed unit, acute care, obstetrics, and a 24-hour emergency room classified as a trauma level IV facility. It also has two rural health clinics, a rehabilitation clinic, a specialty clinic, and home health and hospice. This Colorado town is located near the Kansas border.
