The Opportunity

DAT is looking for a Product Support Representative to join our Customer Support Team team in in our Beaverton, OR office or remotely.

In this role, you'll provide top-notch customer service, product training, and technical support to DAT customers, acting as a valuable technical advisor. Your responsibilities include analyzing customer issues to differentiate between usability and technical problems, contributing to product development by conveying customer feedback, and offering training on DAT products and industry insights.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, product training, and technical support to DAT customers.
  • Respond to support requests and acts as a technical advisor for DAT supported products.
  • Analyze customer issues to distinguish usability issues from technical issues.
  • Assist product development by being a voice of the customer and expressing problems, concerns, and requests.
  • Provide training and industry knowledge to customers on DAT products.
  • Coach and mentor more junior team members.
  • Respond and resolve billing inquiries, maintain accurate customer information.
  • Assist with load posting and searching capabilities.
  • Manage and update customer information.

The Skills and Experience You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of direct experience delivering technical product support in a call center environment.

The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience.
