Job Description

Our goal at Visa is to be the most creative and impactful data-led marketer in the world. As part of this journey, we are building best-in-class systems, capabilities, organization and processes in support of product marketing.

As a B2B Marketing Analytics Manager within Global Insights & Analytics, you will be responsible for Visa's product and B2B marketing data, insights reporting, and analysis ecosystem. You will use data sourced from Visa's internal systems, CRM systems, and from native systems of other marketing channels such as email, digital, social, search, programmatic, partners, and events.

You will contribute to insight extraction and data visualization work streams that will be shared across Visa's marketing and product organizations at all levels and geographies globally. You will work closely with technology teams to transform business and data insight delivery and integration to a new level, improving the product marketing organization's ability to track and optimize performance. A successful candidate will have experience evaluating B2B media campaign performance and driving actionable insights to help influence B2B marketing initiatives.

The majority of your time will be spent in assisting analytics team on driving dashboard updates and organizing task timelines, along with the opportunity to plug into campaign planning and execution life cycle. You will be working on analysis and diagnosis of product marketing performance. You will monitor trends in KPIs and performance drivers and translate those data into actionable insights and recommendations. You will work closely with the product marketing team to increase understanding of what works and what does not work in Visa's product marketing, with a strong point of view of how strategies should evolve going forward.

Essential Functions

  • You will support performance reporting and marketing intelligence for the full product marketing organization.
  • You will bring consistency to reporting by leading rigorous data processes to aid in the automation of KPI reporting, dashboards, and other ad hoc reports.
  • You will focus on improving operational excellence through identification and execution of initiatives that create efficiency, improve quality, remove obstacles, or create improved processes
  • You will stay abreast of best practices in B2B marketing and new applications. You will advise on the ideal ways and hacks to track and measure campaign performance.
  • You will act as an agency point on contact to ensure seamless and timely campaign reporting
  • You will collect Visa internal and industry benchmarks to add context to the analysis
  • Gain knowledge in multi touch and single touch attribution, Customer lifetime value (CLV), Pipeline Analytics, MQL and SQL- knowledge of these methods in B2B is highly desirable

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

* 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
* You have prior experience working in marketing analytics with a track record of success
* Prior media activation / advertising experience (social and digital), within the B2B space or product marketing data management and analytics experience
* Experience analyzing data related to marketing activities such as content creation, events such as trade shows & conferences, Webinars, partner led marketing, CRM through email, media campaigns etc.
* 1 - 2 years of experience using SQL/Excel to support analysis and ad hoc reporting for strategic purposes from large data sets
* 1 year of experience working with large data sets and reporting tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Datorama, Google DataStudio etc.
* Superb organization skills and ability to juggle/manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills - demonstrating the ability to partner effectively with different business partners, both internally (i.e. Regions, Product Org) and externally (i.e. Agency Partners).
* Deep intellectual curiosity and desire to creatively use data to improve strategy and tactics
* Strong business acumen and strategic mindset

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 172,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
