- Provide OT services according to individual students's IEPs. Attend IEP meetings and complete evaluations as necessary.
- Work independently with attention to detail and possess the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
- Foster a caring environment that respects student's dignity
- Maintain a high quality of care for students with physical and mental health illnesses
JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OT OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST:
- Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Successful completion of National Certification Examination
- 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years
- Previous school experience preferred
- Valid OT license in the state of practice
- Valid ESA Certificate
