Fayetteville, NC branch location plays a vital role in providing service, parts, and technical support to our customers. Services include repairs, warranty, and refurbishments to the wide variety of transportation products. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive and/or equipment repair, extensive experience in managing P&L, a proven track record in leading & developing teams, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership: Develop & implement business strategies to achieve company goals & objectives. Provide strategic direction for feed manufacturing operations in alignment with company vision.

Financial Management: Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) for the business unit. Analyze financial reports and market trends to make informed decisions that positively impact profitability.

Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations of service facility, ensuring efficiency & quality standards are met. Monitor production schedules & adjust as necessary to meet customer demands.

Site/Team Management: Lead & inspire a team of approximately 20 employees, fostering a positive & collaborative work environment. Develop & implement training programs to enhance skills & knowledge of workforce.

Safety Compliance: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards promptly.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Work with regulatory agencies to maintain necessary certifications and permits.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards. Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers. Address customer concerns and inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree preferred with demonstrated leadership experience in service department management, preferably within automotive or rental fleet operations, or equivalent industry expertise in rental fleet equipment repair.

• Demonstrated experience managing Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities.

• Strong leadership & team management skills with a successful track record of developing & mentoring employees.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex problems.
