As a Territory Sales Manager within the Orthopaedic Instruments Division in the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire region you will play a significant role in a highly successful sales team, who share a strong belief in helping our customers to improve patient care and outcomes through the use of our products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Orthopaedic Instruments portfolio, requiring a growth mindset to promote our Surgical Power Tools portfolio. The focus for the role is to drive capital sales growth whilst delivering value-based business proposals to key target customers across regions. Who We Want Challengers. What You Need Training in a medical, scientific, technical career or degree in sciences/economics A demonstrable track record of success within sales Intrinsic motivation with a focus on delivering results Confidence and a desire to win Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept in building relationships Commercial acumen A full, valid UK drivers license Experience in Medical Devices would be advantageous What do we offer in return?
