We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. If you have a passion for cleanliness and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for guests, we would love to hear from you. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our establishment.
To be considered, you should ideally be experienced in housekeeping, dedicated to serving our guests, and committed to maintaining our award-winning property. Candidates must also have flexible availability and pass background check. EOE

Scope
Cleans hotel guest rooms and/ or other assigned areas in a timely and organized manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Cleans and services assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and standards.
• Reports any room unable to be serviced within appropriate time standards to supervisor.
• Reports needed repairs of unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Responds to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintains linen cart and supplies neat and organized to department standards.
• Maintains security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day.
• Reports lost and found articles to the Housekeeping Supervisor on Duty or Housekeeping Manager.
• Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
• Follows company policies and procedures.

Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Knowledge of English language
