Job Description
Firetrol Protection Systems is a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team. As a Fire Alarm Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of fire alarm systems for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fire alarm systems
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for service and repair jobs
- Coordinate with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry codes, regulations, and best practices
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Service Technician
- Valid state-issued fire alarm certification or license
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and components
- Experience with troubleshooting and repair of fire alarm systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
