CDL A Flatbed Driver-Home Weekends

Join our flatbed fleet that has you home every weekend for a minimum 34hr reset, averaging 46-53 hours home. Must have a year of flatbed experience!

Position Description:

• Home weekends
• Average 2500 miles per week
• Pay starts at 53cpm PLUS breakdown pay, tarp pay, detention pay.
• Hauling: lumber, coils, machinery, rebar, pipe, oversized loads

Pay:

• Average $1400 per week
• Make $5,000 in your first 120 days with their pathway to success program.
• CPM starts at 53cpm, it is based on how long you were with your previous employer.
• Choose how you want to be paid, you can choose to be paid by cent per mile or by percentage of the load.

Minimum Pay Program: $1200 after 30 days of employment

Running Areas: Running areas depend on where you live, there are no specific running areas, it is based on to be able to get you home for your reset.

Orientation:

• $1500 orientation pay you will receive on completion of first Friday.
• Meals, travel, and Hotel is provided.
• If you do not have a TWIC card you will get it during orientation.
• You will be dispatched from orientation and will be able to get home for the weekend.

Equipment:

• Peterbilt 579 only 1.5 years old
• Sirius XM, TV mouth, Inverter, 72" high roof, dual drive tires, Espar bunk heater
• Front facing cameras that do not see in the truck.
• Flatbed

Qualifications for the CDL A Driver:

• At least 22 years old
• CDL A license
• Must have or be willing to get TWIC card.
• 12 months OTR experience in the last 3 years flatbed experience (strapping, tarping, chaining, and binders experience)
• Minimum tractor experience length 48ft
