Therapy West is seeking a full-time physical therapist assistant to join our outpatient team in Gunnison, Utah. Your day-to-day will include working collaboratively with our nationally recognized therapists to treat a diverse caseload of roughly 12+ patients per day; from high-level athletes looking to return to sport, to patients simply looking to live without pain. Location: Gunnison, Utah


Pay Range: $23 - $27 per hour, with opportunity for bonuses depending on performance.


Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical ($100/month premium for HDHP), dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k, PTO, employer contributions to HSA, and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range.


Ownership & Growth: This position will allow for professional pathways including clinical leadership in specialty areas, as well as clinic ownership opportunities if you become a Clinic Director in the future.

Requirements:
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 12 patients per day on average
  • Current PTA License or ability to obtain (No sanction)
  • A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy
