Responsibilities as an Electrical Service Manager:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and oversee electricians and the electrical department, fostering their growth and development.

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure adherence to electrical codes and standards, resolve client complaints, and drive efficiency improvements.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and enhance departmental policies and procedures, identify revenue-generating opportunities, and manage the departmental budget.

  • Performance Management: Inspire and empower technicians to achieve their goals, driving exceptional performance standards.

  • Customer Focus: Driven by a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding performance metrics.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a leadership role within the electrical service industry, with a proven track record managing a department of $5 million and above.

  • Licensing: Possession of an Electrical Journeyman's or Master's license.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office 365 and experience with Service Titan.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Leadership Qualities: Ability to delegate, motivate, and empower team members, coupled with a passion for training and development.

  • Adaptability: Flexible and open to change, with a high level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
