How you will make an impact:
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist with SilverCrest, you will use your skills to play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You actively impact resident-centered care plans while ensuring that all clinical standards are met and align with Assisted Living Regulations and the current standard of care. You will monitor and ensure that all nursing tasks are performed as directed in the service plan and will play an active role in the onboarding process for Nurses and Resident Assistants at SilverCrest.
This is a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday with day-time hours and no routine On-call requirements.
What you will need:
- Current Minnesota nursing license
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience in an assisted living or related health care field
- CPR Certification is required
