Job Title: Powder Coater (2nd Shift)
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:15 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Essential Duties:
- Prepare parts for coating using established methods.
- Operate coating equipment, including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems.
- Monitor equipment and gauges to identify defects.
- Bake parts at specified temperatures.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines for a secure work environment.
- Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the team to meet quality and on-time performance goals.
- Address discrepancies, solve problems, and implement solutions effectively.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Adherence to safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and persistence.
- Visual examination skills to ensure finished parts meet specifications.
- Sense of urgency and efficiency in tasks.
- Positive team player with a "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Good judgment, discretion, and ability to meet attendance standards.
Education and Experience:
