Internship - Fuel Cell System Development

The pay for this position ranges from $23.00 - $23.00.

Summary:

In this role, the intern will participate in the development of a novel air processing system to meet the strict performance and packaging requirements of our Solid Oxide products.

Essential Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a test of the air processing system
• Perform tests and document results. Scale results to predict performance of a full sized system.
• Develop creative design solutions based on test results to tailor the design to system requirements.
• Work with machinists/welders/fabricators to implement design changes and modify test setups.
• Create and/or modify engineering drawings with the goal of producing a production drawing package of an air processing system.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: At least 2 years completed of bachelor's degree in engineering field preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Not required. Laboratory experience and hands-on experience with mechanical systems preferred.
