BOILER OPERATOR - STATIONARY ENGINEER Plant Maintenance / 2 openings - FULL TIME The successful candidate will become part of a skilled trade’s team responsible for the Central Heating Plant (CHP) and campus-wide maintenance activities. This individual will be called upon to perform a variety of tasks associated with maintaining and operating CHP, High Temperature Hot Water (HTHW) distribution system, building HVAC, and various mechanical / plumbing / electrical/ control systems Minimum Qualification: • High school graduation or an equivalent edu/ exp. • Proof 4 yrs exp operating heating plants, high temp operations • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of hydronic heat systems • Knowledge of troubleshoot / reset, electrical, plumbing, etc • Have the physical ability to proform job functions • Available to work weekends, holiday, emergency as needed • Work without supervision, communicate and use PC • Valid MI vehicle license For more qualications see posting online Please Apply Online at: https://jobs.oakland.edu/ EOE
