We are looking for a Speech Language Pathology Assistant for a contract position located near St. Louis, Missouri. This is a great opportunity to work with a school district with plenty of support! Find additional details on this position below.

Overview:

• Full time
• K-5th caseload
• Some travel within school district may be involved
  • mileage reimbursed
• May renew for next school year,if it's a good fit!
• Zoom interview
• On site position

Requirements:

• Missouri SLPA license
• Proficient knowledge of various speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to pass drug screen/background check

Responsibilities:

• Carry out individualized treatment plans created by supervising SLP,based on students' needs
• Provide therapy services to improve communication skills and articulation
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy techniques in the classroom
• Communicate with parents and professionals to monitor students' progress
• Maintain updated progress notes on students
