Dealership Manager/Coordinator

This position is with top OEM and the Coordinator or manager will gain valuable skills of Maintaining Dealer relationship and Dealership management system while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with them. Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities. Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, independent aftermarket (IAM) and client Monitor Dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with client requirements/objectives. Assist with Dealership inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing. Analyze Dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities. Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met. Increase sales of client vehicles and Accessory parts to its customers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree. 2+ years in sales and customer service. Proficient at excel. Dealer experience. Majority solo work – should be self-motivated. Main poc for about 46 dealers.
