Tower23 is currently seeking Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume, boutique hotel environment to continue the tradition of excellence and service for which Tower23 is known. 

Must have the availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. 

Essential Requirements & Responsibilities include the following: 

- Friendly and outgoing 

- Determined to offer every guest a great experience 

- Greet and assist all guests with a positive, friendly attitude and professional demeanor 

- Project a willing "Can do attitude" 
- Enhance quality assurance standards 
- Promote safety awareness and practice safe work habits 
- Support and comply with hotel policies and procedures 
- Effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers 
- Perform traditional housekeeping duties as assigned according to hotel procedures and standards 
- Notifies management/supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied. Reports any room unable to be serviced or on DND (Do Not Disturb) to supervisor according to policy 
- Reports needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor 
- Responds to housekeeping requests from guests or management in a timely and efficient manner 
- Maintains security of equipment, keys and supplies issued each day 
- Reports and turns in all lost and found articles to manager/supervisor 
- Other tasks and duties as assigned 
- Previous hotel experience is required

TOWER23 esta centralmente hubicado en San Diego estando de 15 a 20 minutos de distancia de las areas primordiales como el aeropuerto, La Jolla, Balboa Park, y Downtown.

RECAMARERA – DEPARTAMENTO DE LIMPIEZA 

HOUSEMEN- DEPARTAMENTO DE LIMPIEZA 

Se solicita una recamarera para el departamento de limpieza. El solicitante debe de tener la disponibilidad y flexibilidad de trabajar por la mañana, tarde, noche, fines de semana y dias festivos. 

Requisitos y Responsabilidades Esenciales incluyen lo siguiente: 

- Actitud amigable, positiva y sobresaliente 

- Determinacion para ofreser el mejor servicio al cliente 

- Saludar y hacer contacto visual a todos los clientes de manera cortes y profesional 

- Projectar y mantener una actitud de que todo es posible 

- Realzar el aseguramiento de calidad 

- Promover conciencia y buenos habitos de todas las medidas de seguridad 

- Apoyar y cumplir con todos los reglamentos y procedimientos del hotel 

- Comunicarse de forma efectiva con todos los empleados y administracion 

- Realizar cualquier trabajo tradicional de limpieza basado en nuestros procedimientos y normas 

- Notificar a un administrador requisitos de mantenimiento o practicas inseguras 

- Responder y acompletar pedidos de limpieza por un cliente o administracion en un tiempo efficiente 

- Mantener el carro de limpieza siempre limpio y organizado 

- Manterner todas las herramientas de trabajo en buenas condiciones 

- Mantener la seguridad de todo su equipo de trabajo llaves de acceso, radios de comunicacion 

- Reportar y entregar todos los articulos perdidos del dia a un administrador/a 

- Realizar otros deberes y responsabilidades asignadas 

- Experiencia de trabajo en otros hoteles es requerida

PAY RATE: $18.00 per hour
