Marketing Manager – Endless Orchard Hard Pressed Cider

Look no further because we're searching for a vibrant and enthusiastic Cider Marketing Manager for our hard-pressed cider brand, Endless Orchard. Arctic apples ensures that our cider is crafted with the finest, most flavorful apples, adding an extra layer of perfection to every champagne-esque sip.

 

Located in Lake Chelan, Washington, the Cider Marketing Manager is an experienced and dynamic individual who will lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness in the alcoholic beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cider market consumer trends and a proven track record of successfully executing marketing strategies. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our hard-pressed cider products, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth, with a particular emphasis on social media strategy and utilizing digital marketing channels. This position reports to our Director of Marketing and Communication. It will also work collaboratively with the General Manager and Sales Manager of our Cider Division, Endless Orchard.

 

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our hard cider portfolio, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Brand Development

  • Manage and enhance the brand identity of our hard cider products, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop branding strategies that resonate with target demographics.

Social Media Strategy

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build and engage our audience across various platforms.
  • Develop content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging posts that align with brand messaging and promotional activities.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on integrating social media into overall campaign strategies.
  • Utilize digital marketing, traditional advertising, and experiential marketing to reach diverse audiences.

Product Launches

  • Lead the planning and execution of successful product launches, incorporating social media as a key component.
  • Develop and execute creative and impactful social media campaigns around new product releases.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities with a specific focus on social media insights.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on social media analytics to optimize marketing strategies.

Partnerships and Collaborations

  • Identify and foster strategic partnerships and collaborations within the beverage industry, leveraging social media channels for mutual promotion.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, with a specific focus on social media advertising and promotion.

Metrics and Reporting

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media, providing regular reports and insights on the performance of social media campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing within the alcoholic beverage industry, with a focus on cider preferred.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and regulatory considerations in the alcohol industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative social media strategies.
