We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key client projects.A project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of A Oasis. 


Duties & Responsibilities: 

 

  • After receiving final design plans, schedule an on-site with the client to go over the layout of the project and expectations. 
  • Assist in monitoring and managing Superintendents in their daily duties to ensure all jobs are being monitored and moving at an acceptable pace. 
  • Creating long-term and short-term plans with the scheduler to ensure jobs are completed in their individual job specific timelines, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to any deadlines. 
  • Delegating tasks on each project to other employees best positioned to complete them and communicating with supers on jobs over their scope of work to be completed.
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project. 
  • Communicate with the scheduler & superintendents  to keep the project aligned with their goals.
  • Serving as a point of contact for supers when details are needed to ensure team actions remain in budget and best actions are taken on each project. 
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standard expected on each project. 
  • Adjust the schedules and targets on each project to ensure the schedule stays on track and inform the customer of their scheduling. 
  • Ensure payments are collected at each phase as needed throughout a project’s duration and final is paid prior to plaster.
  • Maintain communication with each project's homeowner to keep them well informed of work to be completed at each phase and what is to be expected in the near future through daily logging in Buildertrend (M-F) and verbal phone calls as necessary. 
  • Ensure payments are collected with Field Supers at each critical phase to ensure proper payment is made without any outstanding balances prior to moving a project forward unless approved by Immediate supervisor.
  • Upload project photos during constructions to track progress and for documentation purposes, as well as necessary for payment collections.  
  • Fill out final walk sheets with final payment to schedule plaster , and ensure all punch is completed prior to plastering a job. 
  • Dress professionally and have a maintained appearance, with 1 item on that has the AO branding.
  • Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Skills & Requirements: 

 

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma.  AA or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
  • Prior administrative experience is highly preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Prior experience and knowledge in the swimming pool industry is required.
  • Proficient in using and understanding frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.
