Position Overview:

As the Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of our Hebron branch. This role requires a motivated individual with a strong background in managment and is either a licensed agent or a commitment to obtaining a producer's license. Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:
   • Drive business growth by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives.
   • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
   • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Compliance and Licensing:
   • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
   • Be proficient in or become proficient in Applied Epic.
4. Operational Efficiency:
   • Oversee day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
   • Implement and enhance processes to streamline workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A licensed agent or a commitment to obtain a producer's license.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving business targets.
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.

Relocation: This position is based in Hebron, Nebraska, and may require relocation. Candidates should be open to moving to Hebron to fulfill the in-office requirements of the role.
