Job Description
As an Industrial Painter, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process by ensuring that our products receive a flawless and durable finish. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and performing quality checks to meet our high standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Work Hours:
Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay:
$19-$22/hr to start DOE
Key Responsibilities:
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary to ensure proper paint adhesion.
  • Paint Mixing: Accurately mix paints, coatings, and solvents to match specifications and achieve desired colors and textures.
  • Application: Apply paint and coatings using various methods, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers, to achieve a uniform and flawless finish.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards, making touch-ups and corrections as needed.
  • Maintenance: Clean and maintain painting equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and time spent on each project.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of projects.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new painting techniques and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours and occasional overtime as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in painting is a plus.
