• Better producers earn $50,000-80,000 plus annually

A Sales Consultant truly enjoys meeting new people and building relationships based on trust and rapport. Our customers view their consultant as an inquisitive solution seeker, passionate about creating an ideal solution for their home furnishing needs.

Each Sales Consultant receives unrivaled training, including:

We focus on exceptional customer experiences, whether virtually via our online digital showroom or inside one of our large, beautiful stores. Each Sales Consultant listens attentively and asks the right questions, then delivers the perfect design solution every time. They love the end result nearly as much as their customers!

Education and Experience:

Sales Consultant: Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED. No experience required, we will pay to train you!

Design Consultant: Design degree and 1-3 years of experience.

Physical Demands: Moderate physical demands required. The employee is required to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time. Light cleaning including wiping down surfaces, dusting, and vacuuming is required. The employee may be required to push, pull, and lift furniture and accessories up to 50 pounds.

Other: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
