The right candidate has previous experience in grading and/or site development.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing lots to determine feasibility for building new homes.
Supporting the Acquisitions department in ensuring potential problems are identified on site.
Able to negotiate with vendors and site contractors on price.
Traveling throughout the region to review infill lot and larger lot potential sites.
Determining need for mono slab, crawl space, or basement.
Understanding and identifying potential topographical challenges
Providing written site evaluations for management review.
Supporting the aims and goals of the Land Development team.
