Minimum 2 years PT experience in hospital and outpatient setting required. BLS (AHA) and Wisconsin PT license or Compact required. Pay package includes tax-free housing and meal stipends. Local pay package will differ and be adjusted accordingly. Pay is weekly. Benefits available through Blue Cross Blue Shield.
