Infrastructure Planning Analyst

Key Role:

Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with Infrastructure Planning, Site Survey, Logistics Management, or Civil Engineering Project Management

Knowledge of DoD policies and procedures, including construction process and funding authorities

Knowledge of Master Planning, deployment and distribution planning, and contracting

Knowledge of distribution management, material management, and contingency operations

Ability to create designs for optimizing storage space and provide recommendations

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

Experience allocating resources, providing capabilities to units, and planning and managing fuels requirements

Experience working on Strategic Level Military Staff

Experience working in joint, interagency, intergovernmental, or multinational environments

Experience leading and participating in working groups or planning groups

Knowledge of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) Process

Top Secret clearance

Master's degree

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Associate in Project Management, or Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
