Naval Acquisition Contract Management Analyst, Mid

As a DoD Acquisition Management Professional, you’ll work closely with our U.S. Navy clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of all they need for optimal end strength and ensuring that their mission is our mission.

This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on our country’s defense acquisition and contracts process. As a DoD Acquisition and Contract Management Professional, you’ll provide acquisition and contract management support to a U.S. Navy client. Coordinate with requirements teams, the contracting officer representative (COR), and contracting staff to assist with the development of contract strategies and contract planning and execution. Support market research, development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), contract modifications, and technical instructions. Assist with monitoring and reporting contract performance, including tracking contract obligations, invoices, award fees and incentives, and deliveries. Complete procurement request packages and be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. Provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you’ll deliver meaningful acquisition support. You Have:

5+ years of experience with DoD acquisition and contract management

Experience working with government staff at the program executive officer (PEO) or project manager (PM) level

Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and the Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience with the U.S. Navy, NAVSEA preferred

Experience with DOD Acquisition Pathways

Experience with contract writing systems, including SPS/PD2

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with limited supervision

Ability to be a self-starter

CFCM or DAWIA CON III equivalent Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
