About this job
We are a group of families looking for a Learning Pod Teacher. We have a beautiful Classroom with all needed supplies in El Cajon, CA. Education would be in English, Math, Foreign Language (Spanish), Science, History, Art, and Christian Bible studies. We have a general outline for curriculum and daily schedule but would like a professional teacher's expertise. We would like lots of classroom learning with minimal homework assigned. This will be a 1:6 or 1:7 ratio of teacher to students in grades 2-6. We envision the need for small group instruction with Math and English with time to work on concepts learned while the next group learns. We are open to your creative ideas!
