Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.

Soliant Education is excited to announce a collaboration with a school district in the Dublin, NC area to recruit full-timeSchool Psychologists who are passionate about supporting student well-being and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify learning, emotional, and behavioral challenges in students.
  • Deliver individual and group counseling services to address academic and personal issues.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making necessary adjustments to interventions.
  • Play an active role in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
  • Stay abreast of research and best practices in the field of school psychology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Proven experience working in educational settings.
  • Strong understanding of psychological assessments and intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
