Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
Soliant Education is excited to announce a collaboration with a school district in the Dublin, NC area to recruit full-timeSchool Psychologists who are passionate about supporting student well-being and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify learning, emotional, and behavioral challenges in students.
- Deliver individual and group counseling services to address academic and personal issues.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, making necessary adjustments to interventions.
- Play an active role in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
- Stay abreast of research and best practices in the field of school psychology.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Proven experience working in educational settings.
- Strong understanding of psychological assessments and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
