Job Description
Are you organized, deliver great customer service, and desire a hybrid role? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Procurement Assistant for a minimum of a 3-month assignment in Irvine, CA. Great opportunity to work for a large medical company.
Responsibilities:
Provides customer support and service to teammates who manage the procurement of products and services.
Will assist the Purchasing Department.
Qualifications:
Prior experience is preferred, but an administrative and customer service combination of experience is needed.
Experience utilizing Coupa is a plus.
Employment Type: Hybrid role with 2 days in office weekly for a 3 month assignment.
Hours: Will start at 5:30am or 6am for 8 hour work days
