Job Description: Blazer Jobs, in partnership with the local school district, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist for a full-time position during the 2023-2024 school year in Madison, GA. If you are passionate about supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive and emotional functioning
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions
• Provide counseling and support services to students individually or in group settings
• Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assist in crisis intervention and prevention
• Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Georgia State Certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
